Dentist, Jack, always puts me at ease. Receptionist went over and above to accommodate me when I arrived on the wrong day for my appointment (I arrived a day too early) and managed to fit me in that day. She was really kind and I am very grateful.

I needed some complex treatment that my current dentist couldn't complete for me. I was referred to another dentist of my choice but didn't feel like it was the right place for me to have my treatment and couldn't fit me until February despite being in pain. I came across Ivory Dental Practice on social media and made an enquiry and before I knew it I was invited to see Brad who listened to me and went through my options. I was booked in and started my treatment today for extractions and implants. Brad and his dental nurse were amazing, telling me what was happening every step of the way and made me feel at ease! I'm a very nervous paitent and have had bad experiences in the past that scared me for life! Thank you to all the staff who have gone above and beyond to get this treatment done in such a short time, I was in pain and hopefully this will start to ease now treatment has started.

I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class. I have to travel a fair distance, as Ivory dental is not local for me, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else.
